One Degree Youth Ministry is calling teens to become active disciples of Jesus.  Our ministry reaches beyond those who are a part of our linkage, but we welcome any teen who wants to get involved in our social get-togethers and/or service activities.

Youth have a contagious enthusiasm that our faith embraces to ensure a vibrant future for Christianity.  It is designed by our Peer Ministry Team who meet once a month and then promote our activities to their peers.  Our aim is to also have more youth involvement in our linked parishes through participation in events, committees and at our masses.  Teens are valued for who they are and what gifts they can share.  One Degree Youth Ministry creates an environment where youth can be empowered by changing our world "one degree" at a time.

Youth Ministry is the response of the linked parishes of St. James, All Saints-Holy Trinity and St. Joseph to the needs of our young people.

During this past two years our parishes have been working with Cultivation Ministries to build our Youth Ministry.

As we build this ministry, our Planning Team and Youth Workers have been attending training sessions through Cultivation Ministries and the Diocese of Green Bay. The Planning Team is developing a Strategic Plan that will meet the needs of our youth and fulfill our mission to:

"Prayerfully inspire a community of Spirit-filled disciples, by inviting, cultivating and mentoring youth in a life-long relationship with Jesus."
