Welcome to St. James of Cooperstown

St. James Parish is a landmark in the Denmark community for over 150 years. Father Ron Colombo has served as our pastor for the past several years.  Our church is linked with four area Catholic churches: All Saints Church in Denmark, Holy Trinity Church, St. Joseph’s Church in Kellnersville and St. Mary's Glenmore-Stark.  We invite you to come and join us in our faith community.

Members of St. James pride themselves on various ministries and services that make them a unique congregation. There is a well-coordinated program of religious education.  Families with young children rave about the annual summer Fun & Faith program.

Vibrant and talented choirs enhance the worship services at St. James. There is outreach to those less fortunate through a Good Samaritan Fund. Members participate as liturgical ministers and in prayer and study groups, pro-life activities, and various socials and fund-raisers held throughout the year. The Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail Mary

Hail, Mary! Full of grace, The Lord is with thee, Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen

Glory Be

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen
