Music

St. James Parish has a variety of choirs and many talented musicians to lead the congregation with music. Each group is under the direction of Mary Ozarowicz, Choir Director. While musicians are required to have some expertise, all voices are welcome to sing regardless of ability. We do require attendance at practices. Please contact Mary at (920)660-7467 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with any questions.

St. James Choir - The adult choir leads the music each weekend at one of the Masses from Labor Day until Memorial Weekend. There is accompaniment with organ, piano, guitar, flutes, and trumpet on a regular basis. This provides for a rich, full sound to the choir. Many hymns are sung with harmony. Choir practice for this group is held on alternating Monday evenings at 7:30PM.

K-12 Music Program - All children in grades K-5 participate in 20 minutes of singing during their Monday evening Religious Education class time. The children become familiar with songs sung at weekend Masses, songs with Bible verses, and fun praise songs. They also learn simple sign language and use rhythm instruments. All middle school students participate in music from 7:00-7:15 pm on selected Wednesday evenings during Religious Education classes.

Junior Choir - Students in grades 3-5 are welcome to join our Junior Choir. Practice is held from 5:30-6:00 before their Religious Education class. They sing at scheduled weekend liturgies.

The Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail Mary

Hail, Mary! Full of grace, The Lord is with thee, Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen

Glory Be

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen
