About

Program Information

Enrollment in St. James Religious Education program is limited to children or grandchildren of members of St. James Parish, and the linked parishes of All Saints/Holy Trinity-Denmark, St. Joseph-Kellnersville and St. Mary's Glenmore and Stark. Please note: This policy does not affect existing students enrolled in our program or their siblings who have yet to enroll in the program.

Classes are held from September through April. All students meet in the Parish Hall or Parish Center on Wednesday evenings at the following the times:

  • Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 from 6:00-7:15pm
  • Grades 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 from 7:30-8:45pm

In person classes and at home instruction alternate weeks. For the full schedule for the fall semester of 2020 click here.

Students who are new to the program and who have not previously received ongoing religious instruction may require additional work before being admitted to the program. Enrollment in individual grade levels may be limited based on available staffing and room/building capacity.

The Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail Mary

Hail, Mary! Full of grace, The Lord is with thee, Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen

Glory Be

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen
