Cemetery Rules and Regulations

St. Joseph and St. Wensceslaus Cemeteries are under the jurisdiction of St. Joseph Parish.  

  1. Burial rights (graves) are sold individually by the representative of the Parish, Gerald Paul 920-732-3208.
  2. The cost of each lot (grave), including burial cremains, is $200.00 for members and $250.00 for non-members.  This cost includes Perpetual Care.  An additional $50.00 fee is required at time of burial.
  3. Flowers or decorations should be placed above the ground.
  4. Planting of perennials or shrubs is discouraged.
  5. All flowers or decorations must be removed by October 1st.  All items left will be removed.
  6. Change of Ownership - In order to properly change ownership of lots (graves), you must contact the parish office or cemetery representative.
  7. Monuments and markers belong to the lot owners.  Perpetual Care does not cover markers, monuments, plantings of any kind not planted by the cemetery or any other article not the property of the cemetery.  Perpetual Care covers general maintenance of the grounds, roads, buildings, walkways and fencing.
  8. The cemetery roads will be kept clear of snow until immediately following the Christmas holiday.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen
